Room for All will unite groups throughout the community into one body to help them serve others and to discover the importance of housing. The Room for All build will involve people from all spectrums of life — from businesses, faith organizations, community and service groups — bringing them together to make one family’s dream of homeownership come true.

2010 Whirlpool Building Blocks Build
Build site: 910 North Street in Williamsburg
Major Sponsor: Whirlpool Corporation
Estimated build time: September - November, 2010
In place of the one-city blitz build format from previous years, the 2010 Whirlpool® Building Blocks program will take place in multiple communities in which Whirlpool Corporation has manufacturing, customer service and administrative offices, positively impacting areas in which the company operates.
In addition to IVHFH's build, Building Blocks homes will be built in Findlay, Ohio; Benton Harbor, Mich.; Cleveland, Tenn.; and, Yakima, Wash.
Youth United Build
Build site: 48 Coneflower Drive in Iowa City
Estimated build time: September - February, 2011
The Youth United Build will bring together youth ages 5 to 25 years of age to to help Iowa Valley Habitat complete a major renovation on an abandon home in order to provide a low-income family with a safe, decent, affordable home of their own.
